The Last Price Look-Up will pop up in all Sales Order Processing Documents, when the user enters the Unit Price field. It will show the user the last price the customer paid for this item. The last price is updated every time invoices are posted in Sales Order Processing.
The program also prints a report sorted by customer number. It shows all the items a customer has purchased, the last time they bought the item, and what they paid.
The program also provides the ability to set specific pricing that will override all other prices for a given customer, item and unit of measure combination. Featured below is a screen shot for the Advanced Pricing setup window:
